Spline Blueprint Concentric Circle

For a group projects, I had to realize a blocking of fields, inspired by tea crops in Japan. So I needed an efficient tool to create concentric circles and custom shaped fields. I needed the circles to keep a consistent thickness to achieve the blocking we wanted. So I created a spline tool.
